How an engagement runs
A framework agreement, then a statement of work for each engagement.
One master agreement sets the legal and security terms. Each project, team or retainer then runs under a signed statement of work, so scope, acceptance and changes stay visible.
Scoping call
We work out what actually needs building, what it depends on, and whether we are the right people for it. Free, and occasionally ends in us saying no.
Statement of work
Scope, deliverables, team composition, acceptance criteria and charges in a numbered SOW under the framework agreement. Binding only once both sides sign.
Build or staff
A delivery team, or named engineers embedded in yours. Weekly visibility, monthly timesheets, and a change order whenever scope moves.
Acceptance
Five business days to review each deliverable against its SOW specification. Non-conformities are remedied and re-delivered against a fresh review window.
Run and improve
Support, monitoring and iteration on a monthly allocation — with response targets for critical, major and minor incidents fixed in advance.
