Outstaffing in detail

IT consulting & technical support

Technical consulting, solution architecture, technology selection, code and infrastructure audits. Second- and third-line support and maintenance for deliverables in production, with response targets agreed per engagement.

Artificial intelligence

AI systems with the documentation needed for deployment.

Two related practices: AI compliance under EU law, and agentic AI systems that can take action through tools and workflows.

AI compliance consulting (EU)

Classification of your AI systems and obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the EU AI Act, and adjacent legislation including the GDPR, the Data Act and the Digital Services Act. AI risk and impact assessments, technical documentation, transparency notices, logging, human-oversight and data-governance measures, AI governance frameworks and internal policies, and support through conformity assessments and regulatory enquiries.

Agentic AI compliance consulting

Assessment of autonomous and multi-agent systems against the AI Act, GDPR, product-liability and sectoral requirements. Design of guardrails, permission and escalation models, audit trails and human-in-the-loop controls. Testing and evaluation of agent behaviour, safety and robustness. Accountability, monitoring and incident-response procedures for systems that act without a human in every loop.

Our agentic AI practice

Security

Assess, improve and monitor security.

IT security consulting

Security assessments and gap analyses of infrastructure, applications and processes. Vulnerability assessment and penetration-test coordination. Security architecture, access control, backup and recovery design. Policies and procedures, and compliance advice for ISO/IEC 27001 and the NIS 2 Directive (EU) 2022/2555 including its Slovak implementation.

SLA

IT security monitoring

Monitoring of designated infrastructure, applications and services for security events. Vulnerability scanning and log analysis, incident detection, client notification and coordination of initial response, with monthly security reports. Default response targets: critical 4 hours, major 8 business hours, minor 2 business days.

Data protection engineering

Article 28 processing agreements before any personal data moves, technical and organisational measures, named-personnel credential handling, and 48-hour notification of any actual or reasonably suspected incident affecting your data or systems.

Advisory & enablement

Research, training and knowledge transfer.

Market research & analysis

Market sizing, segmentation, pricing and competitor analysis. Customer and demand research. Go-to-market and market-entry studies. Analytical reports, models and presentations prepared for management and investors.

Training & knowledge transfer

Technical training and workshops for your staff, structured onboarding of your engineers onto the codebases and infrastructure built under the engagement, and the training material that makes the handover durable. Delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise.

Engagement models

Four engagement models.

Every model runs under one framework agreement, with a signed statement of work per engagement.
